At Aujjessa Designs Pvt Ltd, we are committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We understand that how important it is it to timely deliver the ordered items at your end, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

We offer free shipping on all orders placed through www.aujjessa.com.

A COD (Cash on Delivery) charge of ₹49 is applicable on all orders placed with the Cash on Delivery payment option. This charge is non-refundable, including in cases where the order is returned, cancelled or refunded.

we make your best efforts to ship each item in your order within 24 Hrs for "Ready to Ship" order and 7 Days for "Made to Order".

You can expect the order delivery in 2-5 working days. If you live in non-metros, it could extend to 7-10 working days from the day the order is placed with us. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we ensure that the product reaches you within 12-15 days of purchases.

We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

How to track your order

After the order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent with order and shipment details. The shipmen status can be viewed online form track my order by entering the order id and email.

. On hold - order before payment confirmation

. Processing - order under process before shipment

. Ready to ship – order is ready for shipment

. Shipped – order is shipped

. Cancelled – order/item is cancelled

. Return – order/ items returned to us

Non-Receipt of Shipment

If you have not received your order, please raise the issue with us within 15 days from the date of dispatch. Claims for non-receipt of shipment raised after 15 days from dispatch will not be accepted.
