Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made on www.aujjessa.com (“Website”), operated by Aujjessa Designs Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Definitions

·       “Delivery Date”: The date on which the order is marked as delivered by our logistics partner.

·       “Business Days”: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

·       “Eligible Product”: A product that qualifies for return/refund as per this Policy.


2. Return Eligibility

We want you to love what you buy from Aujjessa. Every product is quality-checked before dispatch. Please read below to understand when returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible.

2.1 Products Eligible for Return / Exchange

You may request a return or exchange only in the following cases:

·       Product received is damaged

·       Product received is incorrect (wrong item or wrong size delivered)

·       Product fit is not satisfactory


2.2 Products Not Eligible for Return

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

·       Products purchased during clearance sale or BOGO deals

·       Customized, altered, or made-to-order products

·       Products that are used, washed, worn, altered, or without original tags/packaging

·       Return requests raised after the stipulated timeline


3. Return / Exchange Request Timeline

·       Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the Delivery Date & Time

·       For damaged/ defective products or mismatch products, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear unpacking video.

Requests raised beyond these timelines may be rejected.

4. Condition of Returned Products

For a return or exchange to be approved:

·       Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

·       All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

·       Product must pass quality inspection upon receipt

·       Missing/Wrong product claim requires unpacking video. Any missing/wrong product claim must be supported with unpacking video of the order. The customer must make a clear video of opening the box from it at the time when they first open the box.

·       Not covered any defect caused by mishandling during washing etc.

·       Return/Exchange request can be placed and accepted only once per order. Multiple requests will not be entertained.

·       Return/Exchange request not allowed in case of Customer using Store Credits issued against original order.

·       Pick-up will be attempted twice. If customer fail to handover the product, then customer requested to self-ship the product.

We reserve the right to reject returns that fail inspection.


5. Exchange Policy

·       Exchanges are permitted for the same product (size replacement or defect replacement) as well as with other products available within website.

·       Exchanges are subject to stock availability

·       Customer can raise exchange request on website (www.aujjessa.com) by login in Customer Return/Exchange Portal


6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Mode

·       Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be process to the original payment method

·       Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be process via credit note/gift card, with validity of 90 days

·       Shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded


6.2 Refund Timeline

·       Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection

·       Actual credit timelines depend on your payment provider/bank


7. Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges

·       For eligible returns/exchange (if approved), a reverse pickup fee of ₹99.00 (Rs. Ninety-nine only) will be deducted per order regardless of number of items within that order.

·       If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product


8. Order Cancellation Policy

·       Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of order placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier

·       Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted

·       Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days


9. Quality Check & Final Decision

All returned products undergo a mandatory quality check.
Aujjessa’s decision after inspection shall be final and binding.


10. Misuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

·       Reject repeated or suspicious return requests

·       Block accounts involved in misuse of return/refund policies


11. Fabric Care & Color Disclaimer

At Aujjessa, we thoughtfully select soft, breathable fabrics to ensure comfort for you during every stage of motherhood. Some of these fabrics may naturally release excess dye during the first few washes.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your garment, we recommend:

·       Washing separately for the first few washes

·       Using mild, gentle detergents

·       Avoiding soaking or harsh chemicals

Please note:

·       Minor color bleeding or fading during initial washes is a natural fabric characteristic and not a defect.

·       Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for issues arising due to washing, color transfer, or improper care.

However, if you receive a product with any visible defect or color issue before first use, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. Our team will be happy to assist you.

By placing an order with Aujjessa, you acknowledge and accept these fabric care guidelines.


12. Disclaimer

·       If any product not suitable to you with respect to size, fit, due to any medical condition, please initiate the Return/Exchange within 7 calendar days from the Delivery Date & Time.

·       We are a Clothing Fashion Brand and responsible for Fit or styling issues as against size chart. We neither claim ourselves as medical care need product brand. Our products are made from market best possible fabrics. Company will not be held responsible for any type of claim/damages caused if any due to customer own negligence or usage.

·       Please make sure to keep Reverse product handover images/Video for record. Company will not be responsible for any product lost in reverse transit.

Grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.


14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the Exclusive Jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.


15. Policy Updates

Aujjessa reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
Updates will be effective immediately upon being published on the Website.
