- Refunds for Prepaid orders would directly be initiated to source account and Cash on Delivery (COD) order will be refunded in the form of STORE COUPON CODE ONLY.
- We levy a charge of Rs. 99 for any return/exchange order as reverse shipment fee at the time of refund.
- Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised within 24 hrs of delivery with supporting unpacking video/images.
- Any items purchased from Clearance Sale or during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions, such orders will not be eligible for any returns/exchange.
