Return/ Exchange Policy

We offer 7 days hassle-free returns. Return Policies may vary based on products and promotions.

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be process to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be process via credit note/gift card with validity of 90 days.
• We levy a charge of Rs. 99 for any return/exchange order as reverse shipment fee at the time of refund.
• Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised within 24 hrs of delivery with supporting unpacking video/images.
• Any items purchased from Clearance Sale or during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions, such orders will not be eligible for any returns/exchange.
