Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Available?

COD is available for orders below Rs. 4500 on all serviceable pincodes.

How to Place Return/Exchange Request?

Visit the Place Return/ Exchange Request section in website or click here to raise a return/exchange for your order.

Pls note that Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of delivery date.

All returned products must be in unused or undamaged condition and must be returned with original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Are there any additional charges for Return/Exchange?

We levy a charge of Rs. 99 for any return/exchange order as reverse shipment fee at the time of refund. Pls refer Return/ Exchage Policy.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The order usually takes 2-5 working days to reach all Metros & Tier1 cities. However for some pin codes it might takes a little more time.

How would i know if my order is placed?

You will get a confirmation on your registered email id and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Do we ship Outside India?

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as shipping address is within India.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

How can i cancel the order?

You can cancel order within 6 hrs of placing the order via Email/ Wharsapp. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message.

How do i Return/ Exchange a Product?

What Happens to Orders where products are received in Damaged Condition?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
Also, we request you to email us unpacking video/ photograph of the damaged /defective product.

In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.

Within how many days of Purchase can I return my order?

Return request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

I have requested for Exchange, when will I get it?

For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our
warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the
refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 48 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 3-7 working days to reach
you.

Can I return all items?

Certain types of items cannot be Exchanged & Returned, like Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. Also any items purchased from Clearance Sale or during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions, such orders will not be eligible for any returns/ exchange.

When will I get my refund?

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 48
hours.

For Prepaid Orders: Refund will be initiated in the same bank account or online source from which the payment was made. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund against return will be given as Store Credits with validity of 90 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

How do I determine the correct size for me?

While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may click on the
same and find your perfect size.

PAYMENTS

My Payment was deducted from Bank account, but the order was not placed. What should I do?

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to your account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction
at support@aujjessa.com.
