Aujjessa’s Return and exchange policy offer you the option to the return or exchange items purchased on www.aujjessa.com within 15 days of making the purchase. In case of return, we will credit the amount you paid for the products in the form of a coupon, which can be redeemed on the website within the period of one month. If you choose to exchange the item for the reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost after the products have been reshipped back to our warehouse by the customer. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
The following Exceptions and rules apply to this return and exchange policy:
-All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their originals condition with all original tags and packing intake, and should not be broken or tampered with.

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order. For payment made using a credit Card, or Net banking, you will receive a refund in the form of a coupon, which can be redeemed on the website in one month.
