Shipping And Delivery

When will I get my order?

You can expect the order delivery in 3-7 working days, if you live in metros. It could extend to 7-10 working days from the day the order is placed with us. However, there might be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we ensure that the product reaches you within 12-15 days of purchase. What are the shipping charges?

The shipping charges for all orders up to INR 699 are INR 49. For rest of the case, the shipping charges are free.

What to do if the product get damaged in transits or is undelivered?

We assure you that this won’t happen, but if it does happen by any chance, then you send that product back to us and well will resend the product to you. We also request you to write us at support@aujjessa.com describing all the inconvenience faced by you and will get in touch with you to suggest the best alternative to get of it.

How do I track my order?

Simply enter your order number in the “track my order” page to know the status of your order. You can also visit the link provided in the order confirmation email to check the status of that individual order.

Return & Cancellation

How do I Return the Product?

You have to send us an email at support@aujjessa.com to provide all the details of the product and the problem faced by you to us. Then you have to courier it back to us and we will resend the product as soon as we received it.

In case I don’t like the product I received, so can I get refund/exchange?

We assure you that this won’t happen, but if it does then you can surely get a refund/replacement. The refund will be issued in the form of discount coupons/vouchers which can be redeemed anytime for shopping at www.aujjessa .com.

In the case of order return, what are the changes deducted and where do I send my return?

The courier charge would be borne by you and will send the product on the address written on the bill invoice.

I want to change my size on the current order, is this possible?

Depending on the stage of your order, Aujjessa can adjust as desired. If your order status is “on-hold” or “processing” you can send us an email on support@aujjessa.com with the change request to get it changed, All orders are given a 24 hour grace period to make changes to the measurements. If the order is marked  ‘’shipped “  or delivered  then it is  not possible  for us to make  any  type of adjustments or changes in the order  placed  by  you. Then you can return the product and  get it changed.

What are discount coupons?

These are used while making payment for the purchases. The amount of the discount is then redeemed and you only need to pay the rest of the amount by any payment method that you wish to.  Discount coupons are for one time use only and conditional on the offers attached to the coupon. This coupon can be used within the period of one month only.

How do I use a discount coupon?

While paying for your purchases, you can use your coupon against the purchase amount and pay the rest by using any payment method you wish to use.  If in a case, you want to return the product for any reason, you’re not allowed to re-use the coupon against any future purchase.

What is the relevance of these coupons?

Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be shared. The discount being made cannot be availed of in conjunction with any other offer in force and it can be used within the period of one month only.

How will I received my refund?

If you have selected cash on delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made using a credit card, debit card, or net banking, you will receive a refund in the form of a coupon which can be redeemed on the website.

What is cash on delivery?

With this payment option, you can place on order and make payment in cash to the courier person on the receipt of your order.
